Not even kidding, the farmers market here was selling culantro!! I hadn't heard of it before, but after reading your article it makes sense it would hold up better in the heat. You're a trendsetter ;)
That's awesome! One other benefit is that it isn't the tiny leaves that you have to pick off of the stems... it's big blades of grass that you could chop up much easier. That's awesome you found someone selling it!
